I'm home!

Thanks for all the praying! I'm home now, and feeling decent. I think I still need more praying, though.

Here I am after I got home, but before supper. See my pretty wrap with the stars on it?

They really like me at the vet. If they have to shave me and leave a needle in me all day, at least they put pretty stars on the spot when they're done.

Miss Cherrie came by to see me and told me there are lots of prayers for me all over the place. I gave her poppy kisses.

I kept my breakfast in me all day. And I've kept my supper tonight, too...they're still giving me extra-special soft chow.

I did have a little bit of a seizure after supper. It wasn't too bad. But I never do like them, and neither do the thumb-havers. And they're looking at me a lot lately, even without the seizure.

Tomorrow I don't have to go out anywhere! After this week, it'll be nice to lie like a dog around the house. 'Cause I am one.

Mama and I send you lots of love. I had to go to the vet today too, and he showed Mama how to bandage my foot so that it won't come off! Ha! We'll see about that! Mama says I have to leave it alone, and I can't encourage you to take yours off, either. Rats.

Oh no! YOu had to go to the V-E-T. That's awful! Horrible! You deserve all the cat cookies you want!

Mom, Olivia and I send love and some virtual doggie treats IF the typist says you can have them.

Merry Christmas.

Thank you all for your love and virtual treats! LMK, I'm not sure I'm allowed to have cat cookies since I'm a dog, but I will take whatever virtual treats anyone wants to give me!

Cletus the WonderMutt and the spooky Boo cat are praying, too, Cub (at least I think that's what Boo is doing when she stands in the corner and howls...).
Cletus says he's glad your vet gave you pretty stars...he's going to spend Christmas at the vet and then he'll come home all clean and fluffy with a new bandanna, which he'll promptly take off and bury in the yard.
Merry Christmas, ya'll!

DEAR CUB,
I WENT TO THE VET, TOO, BUT I CAME HOME WITHOUT MY BANDAGE. MY MOM SAYS MAYBE I ATE IT? ANYWAY, I HAVE A SICK TUMMY, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S WHY. I'M GOING BACK TODAY. I'M GLAD YOU GET TO STAY HOME.
GET WELL SOON,
SAM
